About Us
A Stanford-incubated startup committed to creating new opportunities in caregiving for short visits, fair pay, and neighborhood-based care.

Peter Bailinson
Peter's background is in social services and government benefits. He was inspired to work on this problem from his experiences with his aunt who was diagnosed with ALS and needed extensive caregiving support in her final years.
Previously, he led strategy and business operations at Atticus, a legal startup helping Americans in crisis access government benefits and other aid they're entitled to receive.
Before that he was an engagement manager at McKinsey, focusing on public and social sector projects.
He graduated from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and got his BA at Columbia University.

Karen Jiang
Karen was inspired to work on this problem from personal experiences watching her parents struggle to find care for her 90-year-old grandmother.
She has spent her whole career focused on our healthcare system. She led go-to-market strategy at Charlie Health, a mental health startup, from early days through profitability.
She also spent time investing in early stage companies on the healthcare team at Bessemer Venture Partners and on the healthcare investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.
She is also a student at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and graduated from Yale University for undergrad.
